Motorcycle brake products

We have built a network of dealers to distribute “NISSIN” brand products, which are well established in Europe.
We offer selection of products tailored to the circumstances of each country.
We are also researching motocross brakes with the aim of expanding sales of motorcycle brake parts in North America.

In Europe, where motorcycle competitions are popular, NISSIN brand brake parts are highly trusted.
In response to the requests of dealers who wanted to handle NISSIN, we have established a network of one dealer per country in Europe to offer our products.
In addition, we plan products while taking into account the needs of each country since each country has its own circumstances, and offer selection of products adopted to the circumstances of each country.

Expanding the selection of products by discussing countermeasures with engineers from manufacturers.

Expanding the selection of products by discussing countermeasures with engineers from manufacturers.

Europe is home to motorcycle manufacturers of all sizes. Some manufacturers produce large motorcycles with displacements of over 1,000 cc, while others specialize in compact scooters.
Various manufacturers also work on off-road motorcycles.

For example, large-displacement motorcycles are heavier and faster, which puts a greater load on the brakes.
In the case of our early products introduced in Europe, braking performance was satisfactory even on large motorcycles, but a problem of “premature wear” occurred, in which the friction material wears out quickly.
We worked with the manufacturer’s engineers to come up with countermeasures and introduced new friction materials. We then added products with new friction materials to our selection of products.

Aims to further expand sales of motorcycle brake parts in the U.S. with motocross brakes

We are entering markets aggressively not only in Europe but also in North America to expand sales of motorcycle brake parts.
Specifically, we set up tents at motocross circuits to promote our products and provide free products to leading teams to get feedback on how they use them, in hopes of expanding sales of motocross products.
These activities lead to the development of new products.
